All approved refunds will be processed via GCash.
Return Conditions
Underwear Items
- Can only be returned if the parcel has NOT been opened.
- Opened parcels are not eligible for return/refund.
All Other Items
- Must be in good condition
- Must not be heavily used or damaged
Return Process
- Request Return/Refund
- Fill up the form
- Upload proof (image/video)
- Wait for seller approval
Important
Refund will be sent to your GCash number.
If your number is no longer active, you must provide your new
GCash number in the reason/message section when submitting the request.
If you have not received your refund after the status become completed,
you may follow up again or contact platform support.
